|Recommended: YesLove it — I would highly recommend this place, so cute, clean, safe. also super cute and friendly neighborhood
|Recommended: YesStylish modern apartments with great amenities — It's a friendly building, with all the amenities you want - hardwood floors, dishwasher, A C, brand name appliances, gym in the building, and a cool deck on the top floor with a view of downtown Portland. The best neighborhood in SE Portland, you are within walking distance of bars, restaurants, shops, etc. There's a bus stop on the corner and a Safeway across the street. I love coming home everyday
|Recommended: YesGood first year — I have never had any problems here that weren't fixed when addressed.
|Recommended: YesGood moving conditions. — Location, location, location
|Recommended: YesGreat apartment complex, neighborhood and amenities. — The smell of delicious coffee greets me every day before and after work. What's better than that
|Recommended: YesKind Community Is Worth Every Penny — Hawthorne 26 is full of cheerful, respectful neighbors. These are the kind of neighbors that get together for coffee in the morning, will watch your dog while you're away, and be quick to welcome newcomers. These are the kind of neighbors that recognize the walls are thin, and keep their noise down as much as possible. The apartments themselves are in fantastic condition, and the staff have a bias for action when it comes to maintenance. Overall, it's a wonderful space to share with such fabulous people.

|Recommended: YesNice newer apartments thin, thin walls. — These apartments are pretty nice decent kitchen though the electric range is subpar , laundry in the unit, and a great blank canvas. But you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do, especially if they walk heavy or have a sound system. The location is great, but I wish they had spent more money sound proofing the apartments.
